Micro-Porous Boiling Chips - 8oz

Treated, micro-porous, chemically inert carbon chips eliminate “bumping” in either aqueous or non-aqueous boiling liquids. Particularly recommended for fractional distillations, evaporations, extractions, refluxings, condensations, and other boiling operations. Maintain smooth boiling, either at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum. Chips also prevent oxidation or decomposition. Supplied in a 226.8g (8oz.) jar.
